The Truth Remains the Same

Despite the controversial results of the U.S. presidential election, the truth remains the same:

Our power within is greater than any person, condition, or circumstance.

All lives matter.

Respect for Mother Earth and awareness of how we treat Her is critical to our existence.

Unity promotes our potential and progress as a nation.

Complacency is over, as we are challenged to define our beliefs and decide what to do about them.  Environmentalists are digging their heels in, human rights defenders are digging their heels in, constitutional attorneys are digging their heels in, and protestors are digging their heels in.  Those of us long trained in spiritual practices of meditation, forgiveness, prayer, ceremony, and inter-connectedness are equally needed in leadership now.

When outer change rocks our world,  it’s always a call to go within; to absorb, reflect, and listen.  Each of us has a unique calling, a sonar of the soul that helps to guide and clarify our direction and decisions.  This is a time to search for your own truth, and follow through in a stance of love and respect, even if your truth is to protest.  Truth in anger only ignites reaction.  Truth in love resonates universally.

If you are dealing with shock and grief, take extremely good care of yourself.  Recognize the stage you are in and nurture yourself through it.  Turn off media and rest in quiet, listen to soothing music, spend time in nature, share with those who are empathetic and stay away from the triggers until you can handle them.

Let the structure of your life and responsibilities be guideposts for moving forward, and keep going.  Your inner and outer investments will merge, in time, and yield a more cohesive plan.

There is greater purpose is all that is unfolding, and it is always about our growth.  The truth remains the same, though the path to getting there has changed.  In the presence of the unknown, rather than yield to the spawning of heightened fear, look to your soul and listen to your heart.  Call on the Wise Woman or Wise Man within and ask.  Call on Spirit/God/Universe, and ask.  What would you have me do?  Where would you have me go?  What would you have me say, and to whom?

Authenticity comes from living one’s values.  When your values become clear, embody them, express them, and create your life around them.  If we do this in respect for all life, we can demonstrate higher possibilities, inspire higher ideas and solutions, and create the higher vision we hold for the world from the recognition of the truth that remains the same:  We are One.

Thank you, Michelle Obama

Oh yeah, I’m going there….  because as a woman in my sixties, I am distressed by the insidious abuse and seemingly endless patterns of lack of self worth and inequality that women are still controlled by – and the damaging effect it has upon our world.  I’m grateful for the political uproar at hand, because it is shining a light on this critically important topic.

As a spiritual counselor, I have sat with thousands of women from all parts of the world, and as recently as yesterday I witnessed tears flowing from a woman my age who is still battling with self loathing directed toward her physical appearance because our society has conditioned her to believe she isn’t beautiful enough.

This woman was composed, very attractive, intelligent, accomplished, and has a heart of gold.  I would consider myself lucky to have her in my circle of friends.  I am no exception either, in terms of self attack.  Our collective conditioning is so pervasive, that without challenge, we remain comfortably (or uncomfortably) numb to the status quo of sexual objectification and dictates.  Collectively as women, we still languish and succumb more than we tend to speak out or stand up.

That’s why I say “Thank you!” to Michelle Obama today.  Because I woke to hear her speech and took the time to watch the CNN film We Will Rise about her work with educating girls.  Both moved me to tears and reawakened my own sometimes dull and tired heart.

This path of transformation is no easy road and there is a blatant force in our faces via the political arena in the U.S. that is engaging destructive reactivity.  Its deeper purpose is to beckon our spirits forth to claim the value and worth of all peoples, without exception, but it requires us to display the courage to take a stand and speak out for that which connects us and renounce that which destroys us.

Here are the links to the speech and film.  I am certain they will inspire and support your remembrance of your own magnificence and the potential we have at hand to unite in strength, respect, and love.

Postscript – The acceleration of change we are undergoing is undeniable, and as we participate in the death of ancient patriarchal archetypes such as the election season reflects, compassion is needed.  Rebirth is imminent, but patience and tolerance will ease our way.  How we express ourselves each and every day is impactful and, though it’s not easy in times of stress, we have the opportunity to cultivate inner strength and demonstrate our higher potential.  The unity that grows from our efforts will be a catalyst for the rebirth.

Eclipse Season – Riding the Magic Carpet

I used to have a recurring dream as a child, so pleasurable I went to sleep every night praying it would happen.  I’d see myself in my normal life, and from afar a magic carpet would come sweeping in to pick me up.  There was always a strong, silent male presence at the helm, whose face I never saw and who appeared to have a turban around his head.  No matter how awkwardly I jumped on (sometimes fearfully with the carpet still in motion) I was always safely tossed into the center and held secure, despite any speed we traveled or how high I was jostled.

We flew through the Earth plane and beyond the dimensions of time, through Universes of incredible beauty and amazement, and afterwards I would be deposited safely home, but with newfound wisdom from mysteries that were revealed to me.  It was super exciting, profoundly healing, and deeply supportive and soul-satisfying.  I was returned with all I needed to face the precariousness of my life and the next day ahead.

This is the ride we all have coming in September, and it can be as magical as it might be challenging.  With an astrological emphasis on healing, cleansing, and purification this year, many of us have found ourselves dealing with health issues, discernment in relationships, and clarifying our beliefs about ourselves and the lives we want to create from here forward.

September’s aspects will offer us momentous encouragement to further review, reflect, and apply the disciplines to not only see us through, but continue to chart the new directions we’ve chosen.  Accompanying the solar eclipse in Virgo September 1st, and the lunar eclipse in Pisces September 16th, we have Mercury going retrograde on August 30 – so if you are reading this prior to that date, it’s a great time to prepare on all levels.

Because we must include the effect these eclipses will have on the collective consciousness as well as for us personally, we can benefit greatly by creating a strategy to strengthen our inner nature and organize outer matters to ensure we are in the best position for an enjoyable ride.

Along with my regular activities this weekend, I’m devoting some time to getting current in office work and taxes, organizing my home, and deciding what disciplines will strengthen me within and support me the most through this time period.  For me, that’s usually frequent walks at the beach, daily meditation, listening to music and practicing guitar chords, journaling, pulling oracle cards, and checking the astrology.  It also includes epsom salt baths with essential oils, chiropractic visits, and quiet reading time.

The goal is to be aware of what’s going on around us, but identify with our empowerment to use any circumstance as a practice session for increasing our capacity to love, allow, accept, and forgive.   To recognize the opportunities the Universe is presenting us to contribute the gifts, talents, and awareness we’ve cultivated.  To stretch beyond the conditioning of our past, and be the demonstration of unity, generosity, and kindness we wish to experience.

There has been a relentless intensity this year pushing us to face our shadow, and to do the work necessary to transform it.  It’s rather like building a house from the ground up:  we’ve had to clear the ground, visualize the structure, pour the foundation, build a solid frame that will support the vision, and proceed consciously with every material, action, and choice in order to create the new residence we desire.  Inwardly and outwardly, that is the work at hand.

We’re also making the shift from isolation to inter-connectedness.  Our deep reflection is meant to propel us outwardly with our newfound insights and strengths, so make sure to recognize when it is time to go within, and when you are being prompted to show up and participate.   Don’t let your vulnerability stop you from coming out and giving something new a try.  Get on that magic carpet ride in trust and faith, stay open to all that is presented, and never miss an opportunity to express love and shine your light upon everyone and everything along the way.

All you need is present for a beautiful ride!

The Mind of Violence

As our nation is once again deeply stirred by a horrific act of violence in Orlando, Florida, where fifty or more people were murdered in a gay nightclub, we desperately grieve and vainly attempt to find the solution to addressing the persistent threat of attack in our world.

Gun control is an obvious issue and demands new legislation, but the attempt of outer control for an inner conflict of global proportion is only part of the change required.  We have to address the mind of violence and our nation’s addiction to it.

I’ve lived in Los Angeles for decades, in part because of my draw to the vast creative community here, and because the spirit of this city is truly inspirational.  We birth stories from ideas, and put them on screens.  We create films, television shows, and stage productions through the recognition that our inter-connectedness is a vital element to a successful collaboration.  In any production, it’s the required respect for all talent – from an actor to an accountant to craft services – that establishes the unity to fulfill the vision.

But something has happened in the world of media, in the consciousness of humanity, that has taken us to the dark side.   We have become addicted to violence, and it has become our entertainment.  We can change laws, but we have to change our minds, as well, and that’s going to be hard to do in the context of the saturation of violence we are exposed to on the screens we watch every day.

Can you imagine what would happen if there was a moratorium on the use of weapons in the film and television industry for one year?  If we did not see trailers, commercials, films, or shows with guns or acts of murder and violence, for an entire year?  A heroin addict doesn’t get clean without eliminating heroin from their system.  An alcoholic doesn’t become sober without giving up alcohol.

In so many aspects of life on Earth today, we are facing extremes that are endangering the sustenance of life as we know it.  That status demands we make bolder moves and take more extreme measures to correct the patterns that have brought us here.  What if we used the power of media to inspire humanity to return to unity and love instead of contribute to our addiction to violence?  There’s just as much money to make in the long run, if not more.  If there was any industry aware enough to use collaboration for the higher good of all, and with courageous enough players to make such a stand, it’s actors and filmmakers.

Each of us, in whatever field we endeavor, have the power to redirect the consciousness of humanity to a focus on our infinite capacity to love and heal.  Whether an actor who refuses a role with guns involved, a writer who transforms a violent script, or a service employee who offers loving kindness to their customers – we can look to the choices we make and the actions we take, to ensure they are feeding our souls and hearts instead of igniting our fear-addicted minds.  We can, and must, use our gifts to lift us to the higher realms of possibility in truth and love.

Orlando was my home through junior and high school years, and as a young adult.  It is also a city with a beautiful spirit, and I join millions in sending my love and prayers to everyone there, and especially those suffering through this tragedy.

The Intensity of Change

Intense seems to be the key word to describe life on Earth these days, as the pressure builds and the focus is unrelenting.  What is the focus?  Changing whatever aspects of yourself and your life that are calling for transformation and healing.

You won’t have to look far.  It’s probably already staring you in the face, and is most evident in the areas of relationships and health.  If you are lucky enough to be moving along smoothly, you’re probably noticing some trigger-happy people around you (meaning, emotionally reactive) or you might be in serious denial.  Some of the adjectives that can describe how we’re feeling these days, are:  overwhelmed, confused, frightened, depressed, and ungrounded.

Here’s what we need to know.  First, this is happening in support of our growth.  Though we are inspired to create in new ways, moving forward has been difficult because we can no longer go forward unconsciously, or attached to the old subconscious patterns that limit us.  The recent period of discernment that led to the clearing of many aspects in our lives, and even relationships, has brought us to a spacious void that can feel threatening.  We are required to be conscious of the old that is dying and the new that is birthing – in ourselves and in the world.  Everything happening personally, is happening collectively.

During a reading today, I mentioned to a client that those of us who have been on the path of awakening, who are truly motivated by love and caring (which means we are highly sensitive), and have been “religiously” applying ourselves in the practice of our beliefs, are not just processing our own issues.  We are vessels for processing the overflow of the collective unconscious, and it’s having an impact on our bodies and psyches.  It’s like a medium who shows up at a haunted house:  the spirits swarm the person because there’s someone there who can process their messages and energy.  Our innate willingness to serve makes us available for more than we might know, especially since the illusion of separation is part of what’s collapsing.  We are exposed to so much more than ever before.

Here’s what we can do to support ourselves through this cycle of change:

Put self care at the top of the list.

Acknowledge resistance when it appears, so you can drop it (it won’t help).

Forget about trying to control anything (there IS no control, it’s an illusion!), and it’s far better to work with the idea of learning to manage something instead of control it (or others).

Practice the art of patience.

Strive for loving kindness and acceptance of yourself and others.

Cultivate your ability to love unconditionally.

Learn to stay present with an open heart.

Offer daily WILLINGNESS to see things differently.  Willingness is everything!

Surrender to the collapse of the old and nurture the creation of the new.

Ask for all the help you need from whom and whatever you believe in.

Forgive as easily as you breathe.

Track the signs, signals, intuitive wisdom, and synchronicities of each day.  Journal them to help you see the guidance at hand, and to connect more deeply to the support in play.

Despite the consuming nature of all that’s taking place, remember that showing up for others generates life energy that will supply you and those you help.  We may need some boundaries to honor the self care required to be well, but extending a helping hand or making time for someone whom you know would benefit from your assistance, is the core of the new structure we are creating to reflect the truth and power of our Oneness.

Cycles change, and depending on how we apply ourselves in the next few months, we will either be repositioned for higher, more empowered experiences, or be even further embedded in the misery of the repetition of the old patterns of suffering.  Our capacity to love and heal is far greater than any wound or weakness.  May you be inspired, may your vulnerability be your strength, may you have faith, and may you be blessed with all you need to See.

Facing the Shift Point

As we approach the year’s end, there seems to be a different cast on this holiday season.  Things aren’t necessarily going the way we would like, or expect them to, and erratic energies are conjuring disparate reflections.  It feels like we’re being pushed to the edge and, indeed, we are.

We are at the edge of a span of belief that has existed for eons of time and is now threatening our sustainability.  We are at the edge of what no longer works in our lives, personally and collectively, and unless you’re in denial, you’re looking at your future and facing the reality of what has to change, inside and out.

We’re facing the shift point, and if we don’t confront the levels of violence and mistreatment of one another, the daily destruction of our planet and the species who live here, and our fear-based beliefs that keep us separate and weak instead of united in the strength of our Oneness, we won’t realize the need to stand up and command our ability to change course.

Many of us have been working for decades to heal ourselves, our relationships, lives, and planet.  We’ve experienced awakenings, changed core beliefs, cultivated our inner strength, learned to access and trust our inner wisdom, developed our ability to stay connected within, to Source, and Mother Earth, and move beyond judgment and fear.  We’ve learned to accept our value and power, and we’ve learned to forgive.

The transformational shifts we have made are the shifts humanity must make now, and we are the ones who need to shine our light brighter and stronger than we have ever been willing to do.  We are the teachers, leaders, and helpers for this rite of passage because we understand the principles and practices that yield transformation.

I am no different than you.  At 61, single, and working for decades as a spiritual counselor while dealing with serious health challenges from time to time, it’s much easier to imagine winding down and minimizing  my efforts, than envision myself with the energy and resources to create new projects of expansion and further my reach.  It would be easier just to give in.

Thankfully, I was reminded of some powerful truths recently, via Marianne Williamson ( and a documentary called Racing Extinction  (  Marianne’s message in a recent lecture was, “everything before 2016 has been a dress rehearsal and this is not a time to be weak, think you’re weak, or pretend you’re weak… or be distracted by meaningless things and the craziness of life.  This is a time to stand up in the truth of the light of who you are and radically lead in love.”

Racing Extinction shines an exquisite lens on the beauty of the life we are wiping out, so as to inspire us to stop and be aware.  It reminds us that the light of each one of us is enough to start a movement if we do just one thing to make a difference (   “It’s better to light one candle than curse the darkness.”

The power of love is the truth we all share, the home we all long for, and the only real possibility for changing our world.  The full moon in Cancer on Christmas day will serve to open our hearts even more, at a time when many are joined in faith and hope.  We can rise higher in the illumination of our love, and commit even stronger to the paradigm shifts at hand.

We can light candles for the miracles of peace to blanket this Earth, bring comfort to all, and inspire us to lead from wisdom and love.  The candles we light could be just the ones needed to tip the scale for a universal shift; and every smile, act of kindness, or teaching we contribute, could be the gift that saves a life.

Thank you for being a gift in my life, for blessing me this year, and joining me in blessing others throughout 2016.

The Consciousness We Keep

In just one hour of news this week there were reports of a massive earthquake in Nepal, violent riots in Baltimore, severe tornadoes in Texas, storms capsizing sailboats in Alabama, terrorists on trial, and volcanoes erupting in Chile.  Today, Americans are marching in Maryland in support of charges brought against the policemen involved in the wrongful death of Freddie Gray, signaling a threshold of abuse in our country has reached its tipping point.

With the Sun and Mars in Taurus, some aspects of life slowed down a bit in April, giving us a chance to reflect on these jarring, root chakra forces and security issues in our own lives.  All month long, I’d been re-listening to A New Earth, by Eckhart Tolle, as I drove to work and back.  First published in 2005, I was heartened by its vision and struck by how valuable a guidebook it remains.  As the underworld of our collective subconscious rises before our eyes, it lends direction to another way.

In considering how I could personally respond to the crises at hand, Tolle’s description of “frequency holders” reminded me of who I am and the power of the consciousness we keep.  Perhaps you’ll find yourself described here, as well:

Frequency holders anchor the frequency of the new consciousness on this planet.  They are here to generate consciousness through the activities of daily life through their interactions with others, as well as through just being.  In this way, they endow the seemingly insignificant with profound meaning.

Their task is to bring spacious stillness into this world by being absolutely present in whatever they do.  There is consciousness and, therefore, quality in what they do, even the simplest task.  Their purpose is to do everything in a sacred manner.  As each human being is an integral part of the collective human consciousness, they affect the world much more deeply than is visible on the surface of their lives.

A New Earth arises as more and more people discover that their main purpose in life is to bring the light of consciousness into this world and so use whatever they do as a vehicle for consciousness…..

…..You are still an ordinary human; what is extraordinary is what comes through you into this world.

Subsequently, I heard a recent lecture by Marianne Williamson, on the practicality of miracles.  (You can access the livestream at Prayer has been scientifically proven as effective, and the Course in Miracles refers to it as the medium for miracles.  Along with sending financial aid to the people of Nepal, Marianne spoke of those sending prayers.  “If a building is sitting on you, a million dollars can do nothing – you need a miracle.”

The collective prayers sent from around the world surely helped save many lives, including this four month old baby who was rescued after 22 hours buried in rubble.

  • Amul Thapa / via AP

Though some are called to take the necessary outer action, those who held the consciousness of hope and faith also helped usher this baby into these arms, and every person praying was a demonstration of the possibility.

Every experience we create reflects the consciousness we keep.  Just as a consciousness of anger clearly creates disharmony, stress, and conflict…. the consciousness of love creates harmony, wellness, and peace.  A consciousness of lack generates more lack, as a consciousness of abundance generates more abundance….and so it goes.

The full moon in Scorpio this weekend will serve to further illuminate the unconscious aspects of ourselves that we are suppressing and projecting onto others.  If we use the triggers as mirrors, we can recognize the consciousness we are embodying and engage our ability to expand our capacity, exercise new skills, and develop new resources.

As Tolle says, “A new species is arising on the planet.  It is arising now, and you are it.”

Madness or Soul Awareness

The astrology of March promises to bring up important reflection, for the purpose of recognizing what is complete in our lives and what beginnings we will cultivate.  It demands attention and action, willingness to let go, and strong belief.

The powerful energies coming with a final Pluto-Uranus square peaking on the 16th and a New Moon solar eclipse in Pisces on the 20th (the day of Spring Equinox and first day of Aries) can be harnessed through soul awareness or experienced as chaotic madness.

Through soul awareness, our resources are plentiful.  We can see through the personality to the unified presence we all represent.  We identify more with infinite potential than the appearance of limitation.  We stay in a field of possibility and positivity, and are available to help others do the same.

But in the midst of this month’s astrological aspects, every day can seem like a challenge.  Heavy reflections may be urging us to face what we have created or allowed, so that we can choose to do it differently.  We may feel tired, lazy, and want to escape in a fantasy rather than apply ourselves to the daunting situations in front of us – situations that we have created, but would rather blame society or another person for.

All the issues that arise, internally or externally, are the perfect experiences for teaching us a new way to be our Selves and a new way to be Together.  We can’t change what we don’t recognize, so the point is to acknowledge it, atone (take responsibility and demonstrate remorse), forgive and create anew.

With all the discordant stirring, it’s an important month for using the tools and rituals that enhance our connection to Source, Self, and Mother Earth.

Meditation, exercise, time in nature, spiritual practice, music, toning, chanting, maintaining an altar, lighting candles, smudging, praying, expressing creatively, holding ceremony, and connecting with spiritual teachers and healers are some examples of how we can support ourselves and use these energies to grow in leaps and bounds.

Listen to your intuition, your inner voice, and follow through on your instincts!  Any messages you bypass or ignore will likely keep you stuck and will not serve in helping those around you move forward.  Imagine the best You in any circumstance and know that’s who You are.  Imagine the best in others and believe it for them, no matter how you perceive their behavior.

What and whom we stay connected to (inner thoughts and outer choices), is what our experience will be, and the responsibility is ours to claim now.  This is a bold month for the brave to surge forward and a tough month for the weak to get lost in the chaos.  We may well experience both, but the power of choice is in our hands.

If you start each day with the boldest choice you can make to stand fully in your glory, ask for the help to see it realized, and practice that consciousness as best you can…. you will be given more than enough to break through any impasse and embody a new state of reality.  You will be given the means, the enlightenment, and the joy that will inspire you to not only continue, but contribute, to this wondrous circle of life in ways you never thought were possible.

Universal Love

I’ve had the great fortune to work with some exceptional people lately.  People who have lost their children, husbands, and close relatives to sudden and traumatic death.  Despite their wrenching grief, they were courageous enough to speak of a profoundly deep inner resonance and even acknowledgment – that these passings included a force beyond this dimension that held a higher purpose for their loved one’s soul.  Through the portal of their beloved’s journey and the passion of their love for them, their hearts and souls were liberated from insanity to hungrily and boldly scan the universe for pulses of truth… which they found, and are still finding.

I suppose it could be considered strange to be blogging the night before Valentine’s Day about such things, but these stories speak of the truth of love.  Love is the journey, and the journey is eternal.  Love never dies.  Bodies do, forms of relationships do, but what goes on… is love.  Love creates.  Love teaches.  Love always prevails, despite the appearances of our world.  No doubt, sometimes we have to stretch for it, but we are merely stretching beyond the illusion of separation.  Loves knows we are one, and when we reflect on our oneness, we know love.

I’ve been taking morning walks by the ocean at Point Dume in Malibu lately to see the whales migrating.  What is it about whales?  What makes all types and ages of human beings stop in their tracks, uncontrollably cry out in wonder, and share in glee with total strangers at the sight of a whale?  I’ve always been passionate about them, but something else struck me during these walks.

Whales invoke universal love and happiness.

I watched people pull over in their cars, stop their jogging, and join in throngs of open-hearted expression and friendliness just to see a spout, a tail, or the back of a whale slowly moving through the water.  Dolphins joined to surf the waves as they accompanied the whales down the coast, and there was peace on Earth.

From sorrow to joy, think of the many ways we experience Universal Love; the images and moments we share that generate global compassion and joy.  Let’s actively create as many as we can together and use this Valentine’s Day to ignite a global campaign to open humanity’s heart and include All in our embrace.

To get you in the mood for spreading your love, enjoy this gorgeous video of the whales captured by someone else at the same beach this week in Malibu.

United in Our Freedom

We begin the year with a sobering event reminding us of the commitment many are making to destroy those with differing beliefs.  It’s such an old story, isn’t it?  One wonders how it still dominates the planet.

For those of us committed to a consciousness of unity, the terrorist attack in Paris against a satirical magazine is a stark reminder of the importance of having a voice that bears witness to another way.  It can seem that the way of love is a naive fantasy in the context of war and hell-bent destruction, but reflection on its power suggests otherwise.

In Marianne Williamson’s first lecture of the year in Los Angeles, she posed that our consideration is not what will happen to us in 2015, it’s about who we will be.

PHOTO: People gather to pay respect for the victims of a terror attack against a satirical newspaper, in Paris, in Paris, Jan. 7, 2015.

This is the statement of the Parisians who gathered following the attack.

I’ve often envisioned the peoples of the world traveling to places where violation of the human spirit is rampant, gathering en masse to surround the area in a throng of silent recognition that this behavior is utterly unacceptable; holding absolution within their unified presence of love in a manner that commands the insane to relinquish their stance and return to the truth of who they are.

Oprah Winfrey’s movie, Beloved, has a powerful scene that illustrates such an idea.  When a poltergeist manifests as a young woman who commands the household in a distorted reality, a formidable group of black church ladies comes marching down the road toward the house.  Joined in their resolution to cast the demon out, they are wailing, singing and praying loudly together as they walk.  Their unified power is palpable, and when the afflicted woman appears on the porch, she falters in their presence as they demand that the spirit departs.  And, indeed, it disappears.  These women carried no guns.

John Lennon knew.  “All we need is love.”  We all know.  It is only unbearable pain that creates violence, and unconsciousness that perpetuates it.  We have a global need to return to love and a personal responsibility to lead the way, however we can.

Real change does not occur in the presence of judgment and fear.  Change only becomes lasting when illumination reaches the heart and mind so absolutely that it simultaneously resonates with the soul’s knowing and becomes a newly created root of conviction, born of love.

I may not know how to invoke the change I wish to see in the world, but the root of my conviction in our Oneness remains my guide for every step I take.  It illuminates my path when I remain focused on its message.

2015 began with the compelling pull of a full moon, dragging us into our deepest feelings in order to purge the illusions and determine the truths we will stand for now.  No matter how it appears, we have the freedom to write a new script.  It’s in our power, and it’s time to realize it.

Through our reflection in facing what arises, grieving, letting go and opening up – we can become clear and available for the universal calling to manifest a higher realm of life on Mother Earth.  That’s what will put the Happy in New Year!
